Cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placement or before shipping.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Replacements:
Orders are eligible for replacement in the following scenarios:
- Damaged items: Report within 72 hours of delivery with a photo for verification.
- Incorrect items: Notify us within 72 hours if the product received is different from your order.
- Missing items: Contact us within 72 hours and we will ship the missing products.
- Quality issues: If the tea tastes stale or does not meet expectations, request a replacement within 5 days of delivery.
Note: Returns are not accepted; replacements are provided only in the above cases.
Refunds:
- Refunds are issued after internal quality checks and proof verification.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Requests after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
